TERMS OF USE

The online store www.amm-am.com and the Amm-Am! brand are operated by:

• These terms apply to every purchase and use of www.amm-am.com. By placing an order you accept them.

No hidden costs, no fine print:

• All prices are in euros (EUR) and already include VAT.
• The delivery cost is shown at checkout BEFORE payment.
• You place your order via secure checkout; you receive an order confirmation by email.
• The price displayed at the moment of ordering applies. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors — in which case we notify you and you may withdraw from the order.

Payments are processed by Shopify — one of the largest and most secure online checkout providers:

• We accept payment cards and other methods shown at checkout.
• Your card details never reach us — they are processed solely by Shopify (PCI-DSS compliant).
• We prepare the order for shipping after successful payment authorization.

Delivery times and costs are described in detail on the Delivery & Returns page:

• Stated delivery times are indicative and may, in exceptional cases (holidays, force majeure), be extended.
• If an ordered item is unexpectedly out of stock, we notify you and refund you immediately.

Summary of your legal rights (full procedure on the Delivery & Returns page):

• You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason (Article 134 of the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act, ZVPot-1).
• Unsealed food is an exception: opened packaging cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons (Article 135 of ZVPot-1).
• We are liable for material defects by law — report a defect within 2 months of discovery.

We prefer to resolve everything the human way — write to us and we'll sort it out. Formally:

• The law of the Republic of Slovenia applies to these terms and purchases.
• In accordance with the ZIsRPS (Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act), we do not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent for disputes arising from these terms.
• Any disputes are resolved by the court of subject-matter jurisdiction at the consumer's permanent residence.
• Send any complaint first to info@amm-am.com — we respond within 8 days at the latest.
