We collect only the essentials. We need your name, delivery address and email to get granola from Brežice to your door.

• Identification data: Name, Email, Phone number.
• Transaction data: Payment confirmation (we never see your full credit card number — payments are processed by Shopify).
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and crunch frequency.
• Email address when you sign up for »Notify me« alerts for upcoming flavors.

We don't sell your data to anyone. We use it to:

• Process your orders and manage delivery logistics (via Shopify).
• Send 'Back in stock' and 'New flavor' alerts — only if you opt in (our own Listmonk server, one-click unsubscribe).
• Prevent fraudulent transactions that harm the community.
• Anonymously analyze site traffic (Google Analytics — only with your consent).

We use small text files (cookies) to remember your cart and settings. Analytics (Google Analytics 4) turns on ONLY when you accept it in the banner — before that, not a single Google cookie is loaded (Consent Mode v2). No advertising networks that track you across the web.

• Essential cookies: For the cart (Shopify) and your cookie choice.
• Functional cookies: To remember your settings (theme, language).
• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4): To anonymously understand how you use the site. Loaded only with consent; you can withdraw consent at any time.

You're in control. At any time you can request:

• Access to all the data we hold about you.
• Correction of errors in your delivery or contact details.
• Deletion of your account and all associated history (Right to be forgotten).
• Withdrawal of consent for marketing emails (though you'll miss new products).

Some services are performed for us by carefully selected data processors (all GDPR compliant):

• Shopify Inc.: order processing, cart and secure payments.
• Google LLC (Analytics 4): anonymous visit statistics — only with your consent.
• Listmonk (our own server): email alerts about new flavors — data never leaves our infrastructure.
