No. We know it's written on every other pack in the shop, but we mean it — all the sweetness comes from freeze-dried fruit. If you're looking for hidden syrup, there isn't any here. Sorry. Or rather — you're welcome.

The granola contains oats (gluten) and may contain traces of nuts. We're not the type to hide that in a footnote — the exact list for each flavor is on the pack label and in the product description.

Dry, dark, room temperature — granola isn't a houseplant, it doesn't need sun. Reseal the pack well after opening, because freeze-dried fruit loves moisture and the crunch disappears faster than it arrived. Once open, use within a few weeks. If you can even make it last that long.

Everything ages eventually — just look at nineties sitcoms. But freeze-dried foods are among the most stable in the world, usually several months to a year. The exact date is printed on the pack.

We freeze the fruit, then pull the water out of it in a vacuum without cooking it. The nutrients and flavor stay, the water goes. The result is crunchy fruit with no preservatives. The whole science is explained on the Freeze-drying page.

Classic drying heats the fruit and strips much of its vitamins, and often adds sugar or sulphur on top. Freeze-drying keeps up to 97% of the nutrients and an intense flavor — that's why the banana in our Chocolate & Banana granola actually tastes like banana, not like a sweet gummy.

You can return unopened packaging with an intact seal within 14 days, no reason needed (EU right of withdrawal). Opened food we're not allowed to take back for hygiene reasons — nor is anyone else who sells food. But if we messed up (wrong flavor, damaged product), we cover all the costs.
