DELIVERY & RETURNS

EFFECTIVE FROM: 10 JUL 2026

FAST TO YOU. FAIR BACK.

01 DELIVERY

We ship parcels from Brežice every working day. Orders placed by 12:00 usually go out the same day.

  • For now we ship within Slovenia only. Delivery in 2–4 working days.
  • The exact delivery cost is shown at checkout before payment. No surprises.
  • Once we hand over the parcel, you get a tracking number by email.
  • We don't ship abroad yet. When we do, the countries, delivery times and prices will be listed here.

02 RECEIVING YOUR PARCEL

When you pick up the parcel, check it quickly. If anything is wrong, we'll help. Just let us know:

  • You can refuse a visibly damaged parcel at the courier, or accept it with a note.
  • Photograph the damage (parcel + contents) and write to info@amm-am.com. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Reporting as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours) greatly speeds up resolution.

03 RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS

With an online purchase you have the legal right (Slovenian Consumer Protection Act, ZVPot-1) to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason:

  • Write to info@amm-am.com with a clear statement of withdrawal (»I withdraw from order no. X« is enough).
  • Return the goods no later than 14 days after notifying us, to: TEKPYR d.o.o. (Amm-Am!), Cesta prvih borcev 27, 8250 Brežice, Slovenia.
  • We refund the purchase price (including standard delivery cost) within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods.
  • You cover the direct cost of returning the parcel.

04 FOOD: AN IMPORTANT EXCEPTION

Because we sell food, returns of opened products are not possible by law (Article 135 of ZVPot-1, health and hygiene reasons):

  • You may return only UNOPENED packaging with an intact seal.
  • Unsealed or opened granola cannot be accepted back for hygiene reasons, and we are not allowed to resell it.
  • This does not apply if the product is wrong or defective. In that case, we cover everything (see point 05).

05 DEFECTIVE OR WRONG PRODUCT

If we messed up (wrong flavor, damaged product, an expired date), we fix it at our own expense:

  • We are liable for material defects by law; report a defect within 2 months of discovering it.
  • You can choose a replacement or a refund of the purchase price.
  • In this case we cover the cost of return and re-delivery.
  • Write to info@amm-am.com with your order number and a photo. We resolve it fast and without paperwork.
